✝️ BREAD OF THE WEEK

What if the cycle of pain you inherited…
is the very place God wants to display His power to redeem?

Verse of the Week:

📖 Christ redeemed us from the curse, having become a curse for us.”
Galatians 3:13

Personal Reflection:
Some battles don’t start with us — and sometimes they don’t feel like they’ll end with us either. Patterns of fear, addiction, brokenness, or shame can feel unshakable.

But Scripture is clear: curses don’t get the last word.
At the cross, Jesus carried every curse… and left them nailed to the wood.

Exodus warns of sin’s reach to the third and fourth generation.
But Galatians promises redemption that flows forward for eternity.

Friend, the enemy may whisper “this runs in your family.”
But the blood of Jesus declares, “it ends with you.”

The curse stops here.
And a new legacy of blessing begins today.

🙏 Prayer of Freedom in Christ

Lord,
Thank You for becoming the curse so that I could be free. (Galatians 3:13)

I renounce every generational chain — spoken or unspoken — and declare they are broken by Your blood.
Silence the lies that say my future is bound to my past.

Cover my children, and their children, with blessing.
Let faith and freedom replace every cycle of fear.

I choose life, I choose blessing, I choose You.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

3 Ways to Walk in Freedom This Week:

  • Name the cycle. Write down any repeated struggles in your family and lay them before God.

  • Declare the truth. Speak Galatians 3:13 aloud over your home.

  • Replace the curse with blessing. Pray Scripture promises daily for your family line.

🍽️ PRAYER PANTRY

This week, we’re praying for anyone who feels chained by the past.

If that’s you — remember, in Christ you are free.
If you know someone — forward this to remind them that their story can change.

🙏 Prayer:

Lord,
For the one trapped in cycles of addiction — bring release.
For the one bound by shame — cover them in Your love.
For the one afraid of repeating the past — break every chain.

Let every curse be canceled at the cross,
and let a new legacy begin today.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen

Praying freedom over you this week —
He still breaks chains.
