✝️ BREAD OF THE WEEK
You’ve been asking God for direction… but what if He’s asking the same of you?
📖 “Whatever you did for the least of these… you did for Me.” – Matthew 25:40
Verse of the Week:
📖 “Carry each other’s burdens,
and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
– Galatians 6:2

Sometimes YOU Are the Answer to Someone’s Prayer
Personal Reflection:
We often ask God to move — to bring comfort, healing, help.
But what if someone else is asking… and God is preparing to send you?
A subscriber recently commented:
“Sometimes God answers prayers through people.”
And it stayed with me.
In Matthew 25, Jesus said that when we feed the hungry or care for the hurting, it’s as if we’re doing it for Him. It’s not just a metaphor — He means it.
Galatians 6 reminds us to carry one another’s burdens.
And 1 John 3 says real love shows up not just in words… but in action.
This week, let’s stop looking for lightning bolts and start looking for nudges.
That person on your heart? That opportunity to help, call, or give?
It might not be random.
It might be a divine assignment.Lord,
Lord,
Thank You for every time You answered my prayer through someone else.
Now help me do the same for someone in need.
Open my eyes to the quiet opportunities — and give me the courage to act when You call.
Make me willing. Make me obedient.
And help me never ignore the nudge.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

Sometimes YOU Are the Answer to Someone’s Prayer
3 Ways to Make Prayer a Daily Habit This Week:
1. Ask God for a name.
Before your day begins, ask: “God, who needs me today?” Then stay open.2. Follow the nudge.
If you feel prompted to send a message, give a gift, or show up — don’t overthink it. Just go.3. Offer presence, not perfection.
You don’t need to have the right words or the perfect plan. Just be there. God can work through simple faithfulness.
🍽️ PRAYER PANTRY
This week, we’re praying for families impacted by devastating flooding in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Homes have been lost. Communities overwhelmed. Many are still searching for loved ones.
If you live nearby or feel led to give, here’s one trusted organization providing direct help:
Lord,
We lift up every person affected by these floods.
Comfort those who’ve lost homes, belongings, or loved ones.
Surround rescue teams with Your protection.
Strengthen churches and neighbors who are rising up in love.
And bring hope to every place still covered in darkness and loss.
Let Your mercy flow like a river of restoration.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
